Job Title

Content Quality Specialist, Remote - $60,000/year USD

We're looking for a skilled Content Quality Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.

  • Refine and validate AI-generated content across forums, blogs, and knowledge bases to deliver polished, client-ready outputs.
  • Analyze and document feedback on AI performance to guide retraining and improve content accuracy and quality.
  • Evaluate content quality at scale and generate reports that identify trends, errors, and optimization opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a content editing, AI content review, or content operations role, and demonstrated experience working professionally with GenAI tools, reviewing, guiding, and improving AI outputs.
