Job Title

A seasoned healthcare professional is required to support clinical departments and sub-specialties in Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) and clinical outcome review.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clinical managers, health professionals, and facilitating effective OPPE and FPPE processes across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and facilitate clinical departments and sub-specialties for an effective OPPE and clinical/outcome review process.
  • Continuously evaluate the OPPE process of medical staff and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Supervise the OPPE process to ensure timeliness, completion, and submission of reports.
  • Design, implement, and oversee data validation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with institutional standards.
  • Perform clinical audits and develop systematic processes for reviewing and evaluating specific clinical outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of clinical experience in a tertiary care setting.
  • At least 2-4 years of related experience in healthcare quality management and assurance.
  • Thorough knowledge of OPPE and clinical/outcome review processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Updated knowledge of quality healthcare systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical managers and health professionals.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in report writing and ability to organize and prioritize work are also required.
