About the Role

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets and opportunities within the recruitment industry.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized recruitment service proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Networking: Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote the company's services.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic business plans to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients to secure partnerships.
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage leads through various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, create detailed business reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Client Consultation: Advise clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and best practices to align with their business goals.
  • CRM Management: Update and manage client information in CRM systems to maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance client acquisition strategies and campaigns.
