Project Delivery Expert

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives across departments. As the central force aligning people, processes, and priorities, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable value.

This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and resources while mitigating risks and driving execution across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation to closure
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure cross-functional coordination between teams such as engineering, IT, product, design, and QA
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Track and report on KPIs and project health to leadership and sponsors
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience managing complex projects
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Industry experience in Fintech and CRM development (preferable)
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
