The Examination Coordinator – Mathematics role will significantly contribute to the academic assessments quality and integrity across our educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, grade-appropriate Mathematics assessments for students and teachers.
  • Evaluate and monitor the subject standards of our schools throughout the academic year.
  • Stay updated with best practices in assessment and propose improvements to our examination frameworks.
  • Contribute to the refinement of examination protocols and documentation.
  • Provide support to other units as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Mathematics aligned with national curriculum standards.
  • Familiarity with assessment frameworks, Bloom's taxonomy, and curriculum mapping.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and reporting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology tools: MS Office, Google Suite, Internet research tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to academic integrity.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for school visits.
  • Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning of modern assessment practices.

Qualification Requirements:

Masters or 4 years bachelors preferably in Mathematics. B. Ed will be an additional advantage.

Experience Requirement:

At least 3+ years of teaching experience as a subject specialist.
