Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our quality management initiatives.

As Assistant Director Quality Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient safety across our national and international hospitals.

Your expertise in conducting QA internal and external audits for JCI accreditation and ISO certification is essential in driving excellence in healthcare delivery.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing healthcare improvement and safety programs, working collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels.

Your ability to develop strong relationships, drive strategic objectives, and manage competing deadlines will be invaluable in this role.

Additionally, your experience in line management, performance management, project contracts, budgets, and resources will enable you to make a significant impact.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide expert guidance on quality, healthcare risk management, and patient safety programs.

Your comprehensive knowledge of these areas, combined with excellent organizational and administrative skills, will be key to success in this position.

  • Strong written and oral communication, presentation, problem resolution/negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise leadership and direct multidisciplinary individuals and groups
