Job Overview
Role DescriptionThis role involves overseeing the implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing ICT infrastructure, developing operational manuals, and maintaining websites. Additionally, they should be skilled in offline blogging software development, risk analysis, and project management.
Furthermore, this position requires the ability to develop and deliver ICT awareness sessions, provide technical support, and contribute to capacity building and knowledge management within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ICT infrastructure, including websites and offline blogging software.
- Provide technical support and guidance on ICT-related matters.
- Conduct risk analyses and develop strategies for accurate project outcomes.
- Develop and deliver ICT awareness sessions and training programs.
- Support logistic staff in procurement and specification development for ICT equipment.
Qualifications:
- Masters in IT or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in ICT management.
Skills and Abilities:
- Expertise in PHP, MySQL, Joomla, WordPress, and business process management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
