We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Trainer to join our organization.

Job Overview
  • The HSE Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

This is a full-time office-based job with no remote option available. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Visiting Lecturer and a strong background in HSE practices.

Responsibilities
  1. Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs, curriculum, and materials related to health, safety, and environmental practices and regulations.
  2. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees on various HSE topics, including but not limited to, workplace safety, emergency response procedures, hazard identification, and environmental protection.
  3. Evaluation and Assessment: Assess the training needs of employees through evaluations, surveys, and observation to identify areas for improvement and development.
  4. Compliance and Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to health, safety, and environmental practices to ensure training programs are compliant.
  5. Culture Enhancement: Foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship by promoting awareness, understanding, and adherence to HSE policies and procedures among employees.
  6. Program Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to measure learning outcomes and identify areas for enhancement.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations. Prepare reports and documentation as required by regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Visiting Lecturer
  • A strong background in HSE practices and regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
