Job Summary

A highly skilled software engineer is required to lead the development of server applications across various platforms, including the creation of RESTful APIs for client consumption. The ideal candidate will ensure that the application's functionality, security, and performance align with design specifications and are bug-free.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software engineers to achieve high-quality results.
  • Mentor team members through ongoing training and guidance.
  • Analyze business requirements to deliver successful projects.
  • Estimate assigned tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Develop robust code and unit tests to ensure reliability.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and ideas.
  • Optimize code for security and performance to improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain systems by resolving issues promptly.
  • Update issue tracking software to reflect project progress.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
  • Manage code versions to track changes.
  • Research new technologies to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript technologies, including ReactJS, Redux, and Context API.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for UI development.
  • Knowledge of design systems like Material-UI or Atomize.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and security compliance.
  • Experience writing unit tests with at least 90% coverage.
  • Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and collaboration tools.
  • Basic understanding of back-end technologies.

  • Strong presentation and influence skills.
