About the Role

  2. Meet annual targets assigned by the Head of Department to ensure academic excellence.">
  3. Work collaboratively with the Dean/Principal to secure a high-quality teaching and learning environment that meets the needs of our students.">
  4. Teach assigned courses as per faculty workload policy, utilizing innovative teaching strategies and facilitating experiential learning.">
  5. Continuously develop your own teaching and learning skills, contributing to the planning of teaching programs and promoting critical discourse among students.">
  6. Supervise student projects, field trips, and placements, providing feedback and guidance to support student growth.">
  7. Set, mark, and assess work and examinations, maintaining accurate records of student performance.">
  8. Execute mentoring responsibilities, updating data in relevant software as required.">
  9. Ensure teaching content aligns with the institution's mission, responding to issues related to subordinates and student needs.">
  10. Monitor student attendance, enforcing policies and procedures.">
  11. Engage in independent research, acting as principal investigator and project leader, and disseminating findings through publications or other media.">
  12. Act as a line manager, supervising the work of others, and contribute to departmental and university committees as required.">
