About the Role:

  1. Teach assigned courses as per faculty workload policy.
  2. Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
  3. Supervise student projects, field trips, and placements.
  4. Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance.
  5. Execute mentoring responsibilities as part of the Riphah Mentoring Program.
  6. Contribute to the development of teaching and learning materials.
  7. Participate in departmental and university committees as required.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Optometry or Orthoptics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching and academic leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
