Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Pakistan.

About the Role

The Key Account Manager is responsible for creating and managing customer relationships, developing strategies to strengthen the customer base, and driving business growth. This includes:

  • Maintaining baseline sales with customers across various regions
  • Developing new business opportunities through new products and customers
  • Handling customer queries and issues related to commercial and technical matters
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive best practices and leverage knowledge and resources within the organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a relevant discipline, along with 7-8 years of experience in the B2B food/pharma industry
  • Strong technical and commercial skills, including analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic sales planning and management expertise
  • English fluency, both written and spoken
