We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to meet the organisation's staffing needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers or stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- SOURCE candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
