Job Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build long-term careers with a progressive consultancy firm.

In the initial months, your compensation will be a percentage of the business you bring in. However, upon meeting your sales targets, you'll also receive a basic salary. After completing 3-4 months, you will be considered for a permanent position with enhanced benefits and career growth opportunities.

This role involves identifying, engaging, and acquiring potential clients for the company. You will also develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

You will work closely with our internal team to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Meeting monthly and quarterly KPIs set by management is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire potential clients for the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Meet KPIs set by management.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in business development or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Target-driven mindset and passion for growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields preferred.
