About the Role:

The AI Automation Specialist will identify process bottlenecks and develop streamlined workflows to enhance productivity. Key responsibilities include mapping pain points, interviewing team members to pinpoint automation opportunities, and deploying n8n workflows and custom scripts for tasks such as influencer sourcing and automated reporting dashboards.

  • Map pain points – Interview team members across marketing, ops, CX, and product to identify high-impact processes ripe for automation
  • Ship automations fast – Build, test, and deploy n8n workflows (and occasional custom scripts) for use cases like influencer sourcing, automated reporting dashboards, and internal knowledge bots
  • Integrate tools – Connect Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Klaviyo, etc., using APIs and webhooks
  • Monitor & iterate – Set up logging, alerting, and SLA checks; refine flows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback
  • Document & train – Create concise SOPs and Loom walkthroughs so non-technical teammates can self-serve
  • Track ROI – Quantify hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue driven by each automation

This position requires experience building workflow automations (n8n required; Zapier/Make.com a plus), proficiency in REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook patterns, strong English communication skills, and a self-starter mindset.
