We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional to support our team. This key role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our daily activities and ensuring seamless collaboration with email marketing specialists.
Job Responsibilities- Record Management: Organize and maintain both physical and digital records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Scheduling Support: Assist with scheduling client and internal meetings, ensuring timely coordination and minimal disruption to workflows.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Perform accurate data entry and documentation, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Reporting and Updates: Assist with preparing reports and client updates, providing critical insights and supporting business growth.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow, promoting effective communication and synergy.
- Office Communications: Handle office communications in a professional manner, reflecting positively on our organization.
- Administrative Experience: Previous administrative experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Prioritization and Multitasking: Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities, adapting to changing circumstances.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools is necessary for performing tasks effectively.
- Availability: Willingness to work the evening shift (4pm–10pm PKT) and be available on-site in Multan.
