Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness.
  • Communicate effectively to track and resolve any issues regarding the service.
  • Contribute to customer development role by identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a positive Customer Experience ultimately leading to a good Quality Assurance (QA) Score.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and emotional intelligence. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is also essential. Adaptability and flexibility are key traits of successful candidates.
