Job Title: Incident Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Incident Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure and provide leadership in crisis situations.

The primary role of the Incident Coordinator is to drive major incidents to resolution in accordance with agreed procedures and service levels. This involves providing a command and control presence on Bridges and Incident Calls, ensuring that activities and resolutions are properly executed and documented, and working on other projects/issues of low to medium complexity as assigned.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the activities and resolution are properly executed and documented.
  • Work on other projects/issues of low to medium complexity as assigned.
  • Trigger escalation in case of technical crisis with close follow-up on the escalation and continuous communication.

As an Incident Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical and problem-solving skills, while also gaining experience in working with diverse groups and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Able to handle crises and define priorities under pressure within fixed procedures.
  • General technical knowledge in Mobile Access, Core IT/Telco, and services.
  • Good analytical skills.
