Digital Content Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage online marketing expertise and drive business growth through creative campaign management, book publishing, and AI-driven content optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
Campaign Management and Optimization- Design, implement, and continuously evaluate Facebook ad campaigns to enhance engagement and expand our audience reach.
- Develop and manage landing pages and email sequences using AWeber to foster connections and drive book sales.
- Conduct thorough book reviews and light edits to ensure quality and consistency.
- Format e-books and print books to industry standards (training will be provided if necessary).
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity to assist with content creation and streamline workflows.
- Implement automation workflows using no-code platforms like Zapier or Integromat to optimize operational efficiency.
- Assume various ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the business.
- Create simple graphics and promotional materials if you have basic design skills (Canva or Adobe experience preferred).
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Digital marketing experience, especially with Facebook Business Manager and AWeber.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and no-code automation.
- Strong English proficiency for reviewing, editing, and creating marketing content.
- Basic design skills are a bonus (Canva or Adobe tools).
