  • Engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing online community interactions.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating best practices into social media strategies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in social media marketing, preferably within the digital marketing field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
