Email Marketing Specialist

Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and sales growth. Leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud to integrate customer data, build targeted segments, and deliver personalized email content.

  • Email Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including automated journeys, newsletters, and promotional emails.
  • Audience Segmentation: Create and segment targeted audience lists to personalize email communications.
  • Email Template Design: Collaborate with design and content teams to craft compelling email templates that align with the brand's voice and strategy.
  • Workflow Automation: Utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud to design workflows, manage customer journeys, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Contact List Management: Maintain and update contact lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Integration and Infrastructure: Integrate third-party tools or plugins with Salesforce to enhance campaign capabilities and oversee backend email infrastructure.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 7-8 years of experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on email campaign management and automation.
  • Salesforce Experience: Proven experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or other CRM systems to segment audiences, build email flows, and track campaign performance.
  • Email Marketing Best Practices: Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification: Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) is preferred.
  • Advanced Salesforce Features: Familiarity with advanced Salesforce Sales Cloud features, such as lead scoring, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management.
