Territory Business Developer

The Territory Business Developer will be responsible for managing assigned customers' portfolios to achieve sales and collection targets, as well as developing new business opportunities and driving territory growth.
Key Accountabilities- Account Management: Build strong relationships with assigned customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Territory Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to drive business growth and revenue.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and retention rates, to inform business decisions.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience in the textile industry, preferably in sales or business development roles.
- Sales Background: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, with experience using CRM software preferred.
