As a Limo Service Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ground transportation services. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles to meet client requests and reservations.

Schedule and Dispatch:

  • Plan and coordinate daily vehicle schedules
  • Dispatch vehicles to meet client requests and reservations
  • Monitor vehicle availability and adjust schedules accordingly

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and drivers
  • Communicate effectively with clients and drivers via phone, email, or other means

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, trips, and driver schedules
  • Keep track of client information, preferences, and special requests

Problem Solving:

  • Handle unexpected situations or disruptions
  • Find solutions to resolve issues efficiently
