Fleet Management:

  • Monitor the condition and maintenance of the vehicle fleet
  • Schedule routine maintenance and repairs

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and drivers
  • Communicate effectively with clients and drivers via phone, email, or other means

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Keep track of client information, preferences, and special requests

Problem Solving:

  • Handle unexpected situations or disruptions
  • Find solutions to resolve issues efficiently
