The Chief Data and Analytics Officer plays a pivotal role in building cutting-edge data management platforms that are firm-wide used for AI/ML development and data management.

As a Data Governance Product Delivery Manager, you will lead the execution of user-friendly product features that adhere to data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Your role ensures the ethical and compliant application of data management technologies across the firm.

You will spearhead data governance initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align them with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present product updates, risk management findings, and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement comprehensive products that ensure responsible AI & data management technology use across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant AI & data regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and emerging standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with data management technologies, such as data quality, protection, and bias.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate data governance practices into the data development lifecycle and deliver firm-wide control standards.
  • Establish monitoring mechanisms to track compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, technology governance, risk management, or compliance in regulated industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, data governance, MLOps, and technology governance principles.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and driving operational change with ability to identify critical requirements.
