Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing in-house IT infrastructure, providing remote IT support to clients, conducting routine health checks and intrusion detection, developing and delivering training programs, collaborating with procurement teams, and assuming additional responsibilities as required by the company to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements
  • Networking Expertise: VOIP, Asterisk, and Elastix expertise is essential for this role.
  • Certifications: A strong understanding of MCSE and CCNA certification would be an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English are necessary for effective collaboration and client engagement.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are also critical.
  • Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in Elastix and Microsoft Server platforms, including Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008 (All editions), and Exchange Servers, is expected.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Time Management: They should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and actively participating in staff development are also essential qualities for this role.
  • Reliability: Reliability and a flexible approach to work are necessary to ensure successful delivery of projects.
