About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to drive technical excellence and innovation within our Regulatory, Controls & Op Risk Technology team.

">

As a key member of our Corporate Technology organization, you will oversee technical domains, manage teams, technologies, and projects across various departments.

">

With deep expertise in software development, applications, technical processes, and product management, you will execute multiple complex projects and initiatives.

">

Responsibilities include leading technology and process implementations, executing software solutions, making strategic decisions, and promoting innovation.

">

Key qualifications include formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, at least 10 years of applied experience, and 5+ years of leadership experience managing technologists.

">

Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud native technologies, modern front-end frameworks, and public cloud platforms.

  • Lead technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives;">
  • Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond conventional approaches;">
  • Make decisions that influence teams' resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures;">
  • Apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to diverse and complex projects of moderate to large scope;">
  • Carry governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operations;">
  • Deliver technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domains;">
  • Influence peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams;">
  • Champion the firm's culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect;">
