Software Engineering Role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer II to join our agile team, focusing on the enhancement, design, and delivery of software components for cutting-edge technology products.

Your role will involve designing, developing, and troubleshooting diverse technical products, applications, or systems. This position offers a great opportunity to hone your skills and gain valuable experience for career growth.

  • Maintain business processes, including configuration documents, JIRA practices, and SR tracking.
  • Support and sustain HCM Oracle Benefits Cloud and/or Compensation modules.
  • Utilize Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL tools effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and respond promptly to team and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Follow security and release procedures to minimize risk.
  • Ensure data privacy and adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
  • Apply lessons learned to reduce production defects and collaborate with Oracle support on service requests.
  • Review Oracle release notes and perform impact analysis.
  • Deliver design components on time with consistent follow-through and independence.
  • Conduct functional testing to identify and minimize defects.

Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining business processes, supporting and sustaining HCM Oracle Benefits Cloud and/or Compensation modules, utilizing Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL tools effectively, communicating clearly, following security and release procedures, ensuring data privacy, applying lessons learned, reviewing Oracle release notes, delivering design components, and conducting functional testing.

Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 2 years of applied experience. You should also be able to collaborate effectively within large teams to meet organizational goals. Passion for building an innovative and forward-thinking culture is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in technology or related field preferred. Exposure to Oracle HCMBenefits is also beneficial.
