We are building a cutting-edge SaaS platform that combines AI and HRTech. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will work across the stack to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • SaaS Development: Build robust and secure apps using Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS/ShadCN/Radix UI, and Prisma ORM.
  • Backend & Databases: Design data models, work with Supabase and PostgreSQL, and implement row-level security (RLS) and integrate pgvector for AI-powered search.
  • Authentication & Multi-Tenancy: Build secure auth systems with OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, and SSO/SAML, supporting multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
  • AI/ML Integrations: Leverage OpenAI, LangChain, and HuggingFace for intelligent recruiting workflows, working with RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, NLP (spaCy/NLTK), and parsing recommendations.
  • Infrastructure & DevOps: Deploy using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, Vercel/Netlify, automate with CI/CD pipelines, and monitor using Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, implementing SaaS essentials like payments and analytics (Stripe, feature flagging, PostHog/Segment/Amplitude).
  • Security & Compliance: Build with GDPR, SOC2, and HIPAA in mind, ensuring data encryption and secure storage, and integrating APIs from Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, LinkedIn.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience in SaaS.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres.
  • Experience designing APIs and integrating databases at scale, understanding multi-tenancy, authentication, and security best practices.
  • Exposure to AI/ML APIs or a strong interest in building AI-first applications.
  • Startup mindset: ownership, problem-solving, and willingness to learn fast.
  • Mandatory skills: Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Postgres, auth/multi-tenancy.
  • Nice-to-have: LangChain, HuggingFace, RAG, Kubernetes, Stripe, ATS integrations, exposure to AI/ML APIs or a strong interest in building AI-first apps.
