Job Overview
Taj Corporation is a leading organization in the construction industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our infrastructure development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and monitoring of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and effective material quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate contractors and engage with them to deliver high-quality work
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil with relevant experience
  • 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in building construction projects, or 8-10 years of experience with a Diploma in Civil
  • Strong project evaluation and negotiation skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
