Job Title: Main Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Warehouse Functionality: Manage timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Inventory Management System: Operate and maintain warehouse management software for inventory control, order tracking, and stock movement.
  • Stock Accuracy Procedures: Ensure accurate stock levels through cycle counts, periodic stock takes, and timely system updates.
  • Logistics Coordination: Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to meet delivery timelines.
  • Warehouse Efficiency Maintenance: Maintain warehouse layout, space utilization, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Reporting and Performance Analysis: Generate reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and productivity metrics.
  • Troubleshooting Support: Troubleshoot warehouse management issues and coordinate with IT or software vendors for resolutions.
  • Operational Improvement: Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Policy Adherence and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Expertise: 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a warehouse management system-enabled environment.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle WMS, SAP EWM, Manhattan, Infor, or similar).
