About the Role
This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to senior management. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations, effective communication, and efficient scheduling.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Assistance: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calls, drafting correspondence, and organizing meetings.
- Calendar & Scheduling: Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Document Management: Prepare, review, and maintain accurate reports, presentations, and records.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Project Coordination: Assist with planning, monitoring, and execution of projects to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
- Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar administrative support role is advantageous.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus.
