Job Title: Resource Optimization Specialist

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • This includes allocating personnel, tools, and budgetary resources to meet sales targets.
  • You will work closely with sales managers to optimize resource utilization and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resource Allocation: Ensure effective allocation of resources to support sales operations.
  • Workforce Planning: Assist in planning and forecasting manpower needs based on sales pipeline and projected activities.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage budget for sales support activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Tools & Technology Management: Manage selection, deployment, and optimization of sales support tools and systems.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track resource performance and utilization.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, operations management, human resources, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in resource management, operations, or project management with a focus on supporting sales or business operations is essential.
  • Proficiency in resource management tools, project management software, and CRM platforms is necessary.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of budget management and cost optimization techniques is beneficial.
