As a seasoned Financial Leader, you will be responsible for driving financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency within our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of financial statement preparation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
  • Provision of financial reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
  • Development and enforcement of financial policies and procedures for governance
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
  • Effective cash flow management and liquidity planning
  • Optimization of working capital through inventory, payables, and receivables management
  • Strengthening relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Overseeing payment processing, reconciliations, and financial settlements
Internal Controls & Compliance:
  • Implementation of strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks
  • Ensurance of compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing financial audits and liaison with external auditors
  • Development and implementation of risk management strategies to protect company assets
Process Improvement & Systems Management:
  • Optimization of financial operations through process automation and SOPs
  • Overseeing the integration and efficiency of SAP Business One and other financial tools
  • Driving digital transformation initiatives for enhanced financial visibility and accuracy
  • Management, mentorship, and development of the finance team
  • Organisation and oversight of team workflows to ensure efficiency and adherence to deadlines
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives

Experience: 10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Industry Background: Experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG preferred. Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP Business One and financial reporting tools. Regulatory Expertise: Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, and audits. Banking & Treasury: Experience in managing banking relationships and treasury operations.
