We are seeking an energetic and results-driven professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, experience in cold calling, and a solid understanding of CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in international markets, introducing products/services, identifying customer needs, and generating leads.
  • Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate product/service benefits, answer customer questions, and convert leads into opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, maintain an up-to-date pipeline, and manage customer data to ensure successful follow-ups and account management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients through regular follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and report regularly on performance.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies, share market insights, and contribute to the overall sales plan.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously stay informed about products/services to provide accurate and compelling information to prospective clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent English Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills are essential for effective communication with international clients.
  • Cold Calling Experience: Proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation, with a clear understanding of the sales process.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track customer data, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities.
  • Sales Orientation: A results-driven individual with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • International Market Awareness: Knowledge of cultural nuances and business practices in international markets is a plus.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple prospects, follow-up efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Resilience & Persistence: Comfortable with rejection and capable of maintaining a positive attitude and perseverance in challenging situations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B Sales: Prior experience selling to businesses or in an international setting.
  • Multilingual Abilities: Fluency in additional languages is a plus, especially for dealing with diverse international markets.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
