Key Responsibilities:

  3. Build and nurture long-term relationships with Upwork clients to ensure repeat business.
  4. Track and analyze Upwork performance metrics to improve proposal success rates and conversion.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, Upwork sales, or freelance platform management.
  • Strong knowledge of Upwork's bidding strategies, proposal writing, and client communication.
  • Understanding of WordPress development and SEO services (technical expertise not required but preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
