Digital Community Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced digital community manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your passion for social media, creativity, and collaboration to build and maintain engaging online communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement & Brand Presence:
    • Act as the online voice of our brand, engaging with followers, influencers, and collaborators across various social media platforms.
    • Respond thoughtfully and promptly to comments and direct messages to foster trust and engagement.
    • Monitor sentiment, feedback, and trends to report on community pulse.
    • Consistently show up online with clarity and care aligned with our brand voice.
  • Content Creation & Planning:
    • Develop compelling social media content for LinkedIn posts, Reels captions, tweets, stories, carousels, and other digital channels.
    • Collaborate with designers or create content independently using design tools like Canva or CapCut.
    • Build and manage a content calendar across multiple social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook.
    • Help develop content themes that elevate our brand voice and values while amplifying client work and causes.
  • Light Strategy & Trend Spotting:
    • Support digital strategy development by providing insights and competitor analysis.
    • Monitor performance metrics, such as reach, shares, saves, and comments, and offer data-driven ideas for improvement.
    • Identify viral formats, trends, or cultural conversations that align with our work and values.
  • Project Execution & Client Support:
    • Assist in launching new brand campaigns, speaker initiatives, or influencer partnerships.
    • Draft basic social decks, copy documents, and recap reports with clear insights and recommendations.
    • Occasionally attend in-person events to support real-time content capture.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital content marketing. They should have excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to social media audiences. A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team is essential.
