Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our project teams from initiation to closure. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee project scopes, contractual obligations, and ensure all operations align with corporate standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations, develop documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project deliverables.
  • Project Analysis: Analyze project metrics and prepare reports highlighting progress, risks, and solutions.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and budget overruns.
  • Change Management: Oversee change management processes, documenting scope changes and their impact.
  • Team Development: Mentor and train project coordinators and junior staff to improve team performance.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in project and contract management, particularly in the construction industry.
  • Proven success in managing large projects, budgets, and timelines.
  • Knowledge of contract law, project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2), and construction practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.
