About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy building long-term relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably with experience in the solar/energy sector or working with EPC companies. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pitching solar products as an authorized supplier and distributor to key decision-makers in B2B clients.
  2. Developing strategic partnerships with corporate clients through tailored product-based solutions.
  3. Conducting regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide customized support.
  4. Managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Leading negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements
  1. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  2. Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  3. Proven track record of driving business growth through relationship-building and deal-making.
  4. Familiarity with the solar/energy sector and EPC companies is highly advantageous.
