Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide top-notch technical support to clients via various communication channels.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to grow their tech career while working with global clients remotely.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support, with a strong knowledge of Windows desktop support and antivirus tools.

  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools and procedures.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
