Enhance the Business Central Experience as a Program Manager

This critical role plays a vital part in enriching our partner network, identifying opportunities for collaboration and integration to elevate the Business Central experience.

  • We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance our ISV partner network.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ISV solutions that complement Business Central, enabling effective evaluation, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Foster strong relationships with ISV partners, engaging in regular communication to align roadmaps, address technical challenges, and ensure consistent value delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ISV solutions with Business Central, providing expert guidance on technical best practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new ISV partnership opportunities and ensure ongoing product relevance.
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations to shape the product roadmap with the ISV partner focusing on customer needs.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer engagements, presenting the value proposition of ISV solutions within the Business Central ecosystem.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) involving ISV solutions and product management within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of Business Central architecture, customization, and integration methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Strategic thinking ability to identify and capitalize on market trends, translating them into actionable product strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management, including planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to gather and interpret data to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to foster productive partnerships with ISV vendors.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or related technologies are a plus.
