
Business Solutions Leader

This critical role plays a vital part in enriching our partner network, identifying opportunities for collaboration and integration to elevate the Business Central experience.
- We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance our ISV partner network.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ISV solutions that complement Business Central, enabling effective evaluation, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Foster strong relationships with ISV partners, engaging in regular communication to align roadmaps, address technical challenges, and ensure consistent value delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ISV solutions with Business Central, providing expert guidance on technical best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new ISV partnership opportunities and ensure ongoing product relevance.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to shape the product roadmap with the ISV partner focusing on customer needs.
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer engagements, presenting the value proposition of ISV solutions within the Business Central ecosystem.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) involving ISV solutions and product management within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of Business Central architecture, customization, and integration methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Strategic thinking ability to identify and capitalize on market trends, translating them into actionable product strategies.
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to gather and interpret data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster productive partnerships with ISV vendors.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or related technologies are a plus.
