Email Campaign Specialist

About the job

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage subscribers and drive conversions.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and developers to create cohesive and compelling email content.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Campaign Creation: Design and develop engaging email campaigns that meet business objectives and subscriber preferences.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to inform future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of email marketing experience, with a strong background in HTML and CSS coding for emails.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications, such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
