About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our globally distributed marketing team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end SEO strategy and execution, driving location page performance, optimizing Google Business Profiles, and improving site speed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive local search visibility and improve website rankings.
  • Conduct thorough site audits, fix crawl issues, and implement fixes collaboratively with dev/design teams.
  • Create and maintain accurate reporting dashboards showcasing the impact of SEO efforts on business outcomes.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably with clear success stories and progression to full ownership over SEO scope for small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Proven track record of measurable results-driven approach, with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of local SEO, including Google Business Profiles, map pack visibility, and review generation.
  • Familiarity with U.S.-based search trends and customer behavior, as well as experience working with multi-location businesses (franchise or acquisition-driven models a plus).
