Video Production Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative professional to produce high-quality video content that tells compelling stories and engages our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute video concepts that align with brand messaging, involving all aspects of production from concept development to post-production editing.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and internal use.

  • Manage and maintain video equipment and digital assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and in good working condition.

  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

  • Add graphics, text overlays, animations, and sound effects as needed to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling impact of videos.

  • Stay current on video trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and effective.

  • Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and formats, ensuring seamless playback and maximum engagement.

  • Demonstrate expertise in composition, lighting, color grading, and audio editing to deliver exceptional quality in every video produced.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio of past work showcasing creativity and technical skill.

  • Proficiency with video editing software, including proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, and audio editing principles, applied consistently throughout every project.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results under pressure.

  • Excellent storytelling skills, demonstrated through the ability to craft compelling narratives that captivate audiences and convey key messages effectively.

  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus, enabling the creation of dynamic and engaging visual elements.

  • Flexibility to travel and work on-location when required, adapting to changing circumstances and environments.

  • Prior education in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; what matters most is relevant experience and a passion for innovative storytelling.
