Position Summary

We are seeking a Content Producer to take charge of our brand's digital storytelling across gym and salon verticals. This role requires both creativity and strategic thinking from developing content ideas and writing scripts to guiding video shoots and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

The Content Producer will serve as the bridge between the videographer and the video editor, ensuring that all visual content reflects the intended message, emotion, and purpose. You'll lead the content creation journey from concept to final cut.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creative Direction

  • Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, and seasonal events.
  • Brainstorm video concepts and storylines that resonate with our audience (fitness, beauty, transformation journeys).
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative team to ensure brand consistency.

Scriptwriting & Storyboarding

  • Write clear, compelling scripts for social media videos, promotional reels, YouTube content, and testimonials.
  • Translate marketing ideas and objectives into engaging video scripts and outlines.
  • Communicate the creative direction and "thought behind the video" to both the videographer and editor.

Production Coordination

  • Act as the key link between the videographer and video editor, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Supervise shoots to ensure the intended vision, tone, and messaging are captured.
  • Assist with organizing shooting schedules and coordinating talent (trainers, clients, beauty experts).

Social Media Content Creation

  • Develop engaging captions, headlines, and text-based posts tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Plan and manage the content calendar with a strong focus on video-driven storytelling.
  • Collaborate with influencers and community members for collaborative content opportunities.

Performance Optimization & Community Building

  • Track engagement metrics and video performance using analytics tools.
  • Use insights to refine content ideas and maximize reach and impact.
  • Feature member success stories, fitness tips, and salon transformations to build community trust and loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content production, video storytelling, or social media.
  • Proven ability to write scripts and direct creative concepts for video content.
  • Experience working with videographers and video editors to produce polished, engaging content.
  • Knowledge of content scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Passionate about fitness, wellness, beauty, and lifestyle content.
