This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a wide range of responsibilities, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard and train new employees;
- Manage employee relations, including grievances and disputes;
- Administer employee benefits, compensation and time-off programs;
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills;
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records;
