- Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and refining policies, procedures, and programs for HR management and development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining employee handbooks on policies and procedures
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed
- Utilizing best HR practices to achieve company objectives
- Proactively assessing the need for creating new positions
- Writing job descriptions and keeping them up-to-date
- Writing content for advertisements, advertising vacancies, assessing applications, scheduling interviews and tests, checking references, compiling results, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Ensuring a smooth joining process for new employees
- Conducting new employee orientation
- Planning for employee retention and succession
- Conducting exit interviews
- Maintaining a pool of short-listed candidates for every position
- Maintaining employee records
- Maintaining attendance, leave, salary, etc. records
- Tracking employee performance for reviews
- Advising and counseling employees on career development
- Assessing training needs and recommending trainings
- Conducting annual salary surveys and recommending adjustments
- Maintaining company organization charts and employee directories
- Addressing employee-related issues, incidents, complaints, and inquiries
- Supporting managers and employees in understanding and adapting to changes in business, policies, procedures, and work environment
- Educating employees about workplace safety
- Recommending changes to improve the work environment
- Staying current on law changes and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
- Participating in job fairs to build the company brand and attract new talent
- Participating in administrative staff meetings
- Managing and developing direct reporting staff
- Creating and maintaining required forms
- Preparing HR-related documents and reports
- Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to higher management
- Performing other incidental and related duties as required or assigned
