Job Description

Treasury Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Expert to lead our daily liquidity management and FX management processes. This role requires a strong background in finance with at least 2 years of experience in treasury or finance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execution of daily liquidity management and FX management processes
  • Advising operating companies on best practices and services offered by the global treasury team
  • Maintaining relationships with banks for transactional services, FX, cash management, and asset leasing
  • Staying up-to-date on market developments in FX and cash management
  • Leading projects for further development of the treasury function, including high-risk market discussions
  • Providing expert advice on complex topics such as derivatives valuation and financial risks
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
  • Supervising international payment processes for timely and accurate disbursements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to address a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to disseminate knowledge to other department members
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to negotiate terms with banks and financial service providers
