Sales Team Lead Position
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Sales Support team to ensure seamless operations. This includes setting targets, assisting the team in achieving them, monitoring performance, and motivating team members.
To ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards, the Sales Team Lead will collaborate with the Sales Department on lead generation, sales strategy, and customer handling.
The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in international markets or BPO industries, as well as proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- Set Targets and Monitor Performance: The Sales Team Lead will set clear targets for the team and monitor their progress, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Ensure High Customer Satisfaction: By working closely with the Sales Department, the Sales Team Lead will help maintain high customer satisfaction levels while adhering to quality standards.
- Organize Training Sessions: To enhance team performance, the Sales Team Lead will organize training sessions to develop the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with Operations Team: The Sales Team Lead will work closely with the Operations Team to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Interact Directly with Clients: As part of the role, the Sales Team Lead will interact directly with clients to resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and build relationships.
- Manage Partnerships: The Sales Team Lead will also manage partnerships and support services with vendors/partners as needed.
Educational Qualification:
(BBA, MBA) in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
Essential Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- At least 2 years in sales or customer support team leadership.
- Experience in international markets or BPO industries.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales software.
- Ability to work flexible hours or shifts.
