Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Engineer to work directly with international clients in understanding, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) solutions. This role requires someone capable of translating business needs into scalable, automated workflows while engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and business process mapping
  • Configure and deploy CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using Power Platform and C#
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery
  • Provide technical documentation and conduct solution walkthroughs with stakeholders
  • Assist in post-deployment support and performance optimization
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP)
  • Hands-on experience in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI integration
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations (REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security models, data schema, and business rules
  • Able to handle multiple client/project meetings per day
  • Must have a reliable camera/mic setup, backup power, and stable internet for remote work
  • Should be adaptable to rapidly changing project scopes or client needs
  • Available to work during US business hours (PST/EST overlap required)
